Supplier Requirements

SUPPLIER PREQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

To join our supply network, vendors are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Comply with Asteco’s Code of Business Conduct, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Demonstrate competitiveness in technical capability, cost efficiency and exceptional service delivery
  • Possession of a valid In-Country Value (ICV) certification is preferred
  • Show evidence of financial stability and operational resilience to support ongoing business demands
  • Operate with integrity, maintaining high standards of health, safety, security and environmental responsibility
  • Holding ISO certification or complying with recognized industry benchmarks is preferred
  • Maintain efficient, timely, and accurate invoice processing to ensure smooth transactional workflows

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, registration is mandatory for any tender participation with Asteco/Aldar Group.

To register with your company, please follow the link labeled Supplier Register or Login . Complete all required sections and profile questionnaires, then submit your application for approval. Your profile will be reviewed and processed accordingly.

No, separate registration is not required. Vendor registration is centralized at the group level and covers Asteco and other Aldar entities.

Since we ve transitioned to the new vendor portal, please activate your existing account if it s not already activated using the activation link available on our registration portal homepage. Please note that supplier selection for tenders is at the discretion of Aldar and its entities, based on the specific requirements of each tender.

Yes, during registration, you are required to accept a general Non-Disclosure Agreement that is not project-specific.

Yes, you should select all relevant categories from the dropdown list under Products and Services that align with your commercial license activities. Selecting only the main category will not be sufficient

Each company must be registered individually with its own trade license and supporting documentation.

Yes, each branch should be registered separately if required.

Registration does not guarantee an invitation to any specific tender. However, it allows your company to be listed as a potential vendor for upcoming opportunities. Registration is mandatory to be considered for any work with Asteco/Aldar Group.
